This is a skin I made for fun, and because nothing like this existed for GTA IV. It turned out better than I expected, so here you go, a pair of overpriced ugly shoes. The Oxford Tans look actually nice, but these I don't really like.

Installation is easy, just slap the file into playerped.rpf using SparkIV and save the thing.
