This is an old city in the water of gmod construct. Please Read the ReadMe, you will find many tips !

For Low Specs ! The game will certainly lag, there is a lot of trees and props ! The save turns well with my specs : P4 3.2GHZ 1Go ram 7600GT 256mo Please say in comment how many Fps you got. You will find possible solutions in the readme for make the game don't lag :-)

Totally made by me, i put no screens of the interiors of the city, you will see by your own eyes :).
