SFV Based Recolors

Recolors based on some of the recolors Ryu has in Street Fighter V. They are based on the number 6, 10, 12, 13, 15 recolors. Replaces C04 (Purple), C05 (Dark blue and red), C06(White and blue), C07 (Red and black). C08 contains the pink and black recolor. it's texture ID is 9 so it'll work over the other default slots, but you can also put it in a 9th slot.
