Dry Bowser (Revised)

Thought the Dry Bowser skin in Project M was pretty sick but until model importing becomes a thing, here's my revised version of Dry Bowser. My CSPs keep saving with pixelated edges so when I get better at making them then I'll probably update this mod but the current CSP should be fine for now.
