INSTAL

You need IMG TOOL (download it from www.gta3files.com) Extract the downloaded car. You will find 3 files.

  1 x *.DFF (the model)
  1 x *.TXD (the texture file)
  1 x 3D_wheel.exe

Open IMG Tool and open \Grand Theft Auto - Vice City\models\gta3.img Delete the *.DFF model in the list that you want to replace Add the *.DFF model that you downloaded. Close the file and open then \Grand Theft Auto - Vice City\models\txd.img Delete the *.TXD file in the list you want to replace Add the *.TXD file that you downloaded

163, barracks, barracks, car, BARRACKS, BARRCKS, van, ignore, 10, 7, 0, 249, 1.15 or 1.1
