For those who still play doom 3 or want to replay it, I´ve been working on this for quite some time now, adding a lot of new sounds and doing small value changes on the .def files; this mod will add some realism to the game

here is a list of changes:

-Realistic shoot sounds for most weapons

-Improved zombie death sounds

-Shotgun shells are now loaded one by one

-Tweaked health of some monsters

-Decreased max ammo capacity for all weapons (ex: 10 grenades only)

-Decreased damage for pistol, fists and flashlight

-Corpses can´t be gibbed by hand, flashlight hits, and low caliber guns (except env ragdolls)

-Added +1 recoil value for pistol and smg so you might miss at long distances

-Increased recoil, clip capacity and damage for chaingun

-Improved medkit sound

-Improved sounds for several other things

-Decreased recoil for shotgun

-Fists no longer leave bullet holes when hitting bodies

among other small changes, and finally you can add more realism yourself, first disable the HUD in the game options, and bring up the console and type r_showplayershadow 1 so you can see your own shadow, enjoy
