Tactical Gamer CT

NOTE: I made this skin in June of 2005, when I went by the name 'Ravens'. I had no idea it was never uploaded to FPSBANANA (well, CSBANANA then), so I decided to upload it now since I'm back in the skinning community. I haven't modified the skin or readme or anything about this skin in any way since I packaged it up over two years ago. I haven't even played CS:S in over a year. By the way, you may recognize a ton of assets from this skin are still being used in Urban skins to this day due to Unbreakable's immense influence on the community and his use of my assets. I'm proud to have my work become so ubiquitous in the community. I must have done something right.

TO INSTALL:

Drag 'materials' folder into Valve\Steam\SteamApps\LOGIN_NAME\counter-strike source\cstrike. If these folders do not exist, make them, and if asked to overwrite, say yes.

DESCRIPTION:

• New Normal Maps: Yessir. My first attempt at normal maps, too. Took me quite a while to get them right.
• New Glasses: Yes'm.
• New Defuser: No, the default suits just fine.

• New First-Person Gloves: No, but if the skin is popular enough I'll make some. Or you can feel free to make some (See my Acceptable Use Policy under Notes).

  No fancy digital bright purple camouflage here, folks. Just a simple reskin of the CT to fit my idea of what one of those 'Tactical Gamer' guys who go out into abandoned warehouses and pretend to shoot each other would look like. I'm pretty sure that absolutely everything in this skin is competely new or modified into a close duplication of assorted tactical gear I have laying around the house (though not the shape of the vest itself is modified, the colors, fabrics, and pockets are), so I can guarantee it's (potentially) very realistic.

I'd like to thank Unbreakable for his help with getting the normalmap up and running. The skin (and my future skins) is (are) much better off with a proper normalmap and your knowledge.
