Ok, just copy the "materials" folder from either "Carbon Fiber", or "Fiberglass" folder to your "X:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\username\counter-strike source\cstrike\" overwriting all.

I've included PSD's and TGA's as well.

I'm not going to release world veiw because, well, it's just pointless to skin a crap model :)... love ya Valve :).
