This skin set is a work-in-progress mod with the goal of improving the look of CS:S' CS_Office. Many textures and models have been remade with higher resolution and polycount, while still staying true to their original colour and details.

This mod has been an on-and-off project of mine that dates back over 15 months, and due to lack of interest I can no longer finish it. By request, I am uploading the (mostly) complete file in a format that can be installed just as any other mod would. It has been posted without license, and I encourage anyone who wants to see this mod finished to take on the challenge of picking up where I left off.

Thanks for your interest. If you'd like to contribute, please post your work on the open-access WiP page. You'll have to upload any additions or alterations as a separate file though.

Important end notes.

The screenshots may be slightly outdated, and as mentioned above not all content shown is included. I am not possibly able to correct this, and never will be.

To mappers: These textures use VMT parametres to scale them down in-game without requiring a full map recompile. Displaying these textures in Hammer will cause side effects such as flickering, abnormal scaling of other textures, and warped perspective on some surfaces. Playing around with the Model LoD/Distance fading option is Hammer usually lopsided the effects for me.
