Dysan's New Normals

Created new normal maps for:

1. Default player models
2. Hostages
3. First-person arms

I've also redone the .vmt files for admin skins so that these normal maps work properly with them. If it asks you to overwrite those files, just click "Ok."

These are more than simply "better" normal maps. I've taken the time to redo the clothing that use camo. Take a look at the Arctic's normal map. I haven't redone the camo for the pants of the Phoenix and the Guerilla, but I may get around to it for a V2.
