You may have seen my "New Normals" released earlier, this is a much better improvement of it.

Some of you may be wondering why it says "V4" in the title. The version I released earlier was actually my 3rd version of my normals. I was going to release this as 3.5, but I added much more to it that it deserved a number 4.

So what have you done here? *Redone normal maps for all models. *Skin and face shading is better and doesn't look "diseased." *Redone the first-person arm normals and fixed the .vmf. *Added new normal maps for the VIP, old CT, and old T models. *Is compatible with admin skins. *I probably forgot a few things...

If you find anything wrong with this at all, please tell me and I will fix it ASAP.
