eh..; I just want to share a fascinating cosmetic item in CSOnline, tattoos.

I am sorry that this pack is just contains the tga files which got tattoos in them, and after a little researching, I found that there are different dimensions of hand/sleeve textures in various gun models, so that I can't really add tattoos for each hand/sleeve texture.

So, I decided to do a tutorial on how to add the tattoos into your gun models.
