• Find pak01_dir.vpk at

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive

• Backup pak01_dir.vpk in case you do something wrong
• Open pak01_dir.vpk at using Notepad++ or anything like that
• Replace all instances of

"v_snip_awp" with "v_snip_awa"

• Save, then drop the downloaded "csgo" folder in the same path and merge it with the existing one at the same location as your pak01_dir.vpk
