Bank Robber Terror

I decompiled a few models from DS and mixed the heads and added necessary weapons. Should work as a replacement for most DS npc models even though its missing some special scene anims because my studiomdl couldn't handle too many and there's only one skin for the same reason. EDIT- Added replacement for terror_lo.mdl, Added new heads.
