Z7 Galil

This time around, I've made a check in the Galil CS 1.6 and CZ archives and made sure that this is NOT a duplicate (otherwise, how woud it have lasted 3 months when I originally submitted this?). No other Galils in the 1.6 archives have the same animations or were compiled by the Z7 crew.

If you don't like the wooden foregrip, there's a bitmap with a synthetic foregrip in the zip that you can use to swap textures in HLMV.
