Type MP_CONSISTENCY 0 in your console before launching a server in order to make the player model functioning properly in-game.

Yeah, yeah you don't have to yell at me 'bout it. I know very well the EOTech and magnifier are improper, but that's not because I was ignorant and decided it to leave it like that. I have initially mirrored them properly before beginning with the compiling process, but it seems as if some shit went fucking wrong during that process and made them look as if they were never mirrored properly.
