French Groupe d'Intervention de la Gendarmerie Nationale (GIGN) Pack

The Groupe d’Intervention de la Gendarmerie Nationale (National Gendarmes Intervention Group, or GIGN for short) is France’s principle counter-terrorist tool. It was created in 1974 following not only the Munich Olympic incident, but more directly as a result of the events of the Saudi Arabian embassy in Paris in 1973. Since it's inception, GIGN has actively participated in almost 700 operations, which have resulted in more than five hundred rescued hostages. Criminal arrests statistics are reportedly twice that number.

It is important to note that GIGN is widely regarded as having some of the best firearms training in the world. It is for this reason that many of the world's special operations and counterterrorist units conduct exchange programs with the GIGN.

This set of four models is designed to replace all your CT models with 4 members of the French GIGN. A reskined world model of the defuse kit matching the one used on these models is also included.
