_**Before I paste the contents of the readme in, I like to state that this is the second time this was uploaded. Last time I uploaded it I had a few individuals that did not realize I posted it "As a skin", and just happen to tell me that they are voting it a 1 because its a skin. To this day, I would really like to meet these individuals that said that and voted down and teach them what a skin is and why it is a skin that's placed in the skin section of this site.
