realistic laser & fixed muzzle tracer for sniper

I just realized, that a sniper isn´t suppose to give away his position easily or without reason, using a laser pointer is good but not when the beam is obviously visible.

This will make it a lot more realistic when you can only see the red dot on a surface, also the muzzle tracer was the same combine blueish from hl2 so I fixed that too, this doesn´t change the turret laser beams or the trip mines so don´t worry. comes with a custom shoot sound and decreased realod noise volume too.
