Map dm_hydroelectric for HL

Jessie dm_hydroelectric Half-Life Deathmatch Version 1.0.3 This map is a re-imagining of the Half-Life singleplayer map "c2a5" � arguably one of the most iconic maps of Half-Life. This is the level containing the hydroelectric dam seen on signs earlier in the game. dm_hydroelectric rebuilds the terrain of the map and expands upon the area, adding interiors to some of the buildings and providing access to higher parts of the map. The setting is also changed from day to night. dm_hydroelectric only uses vanilla Half-Life textures, sounds and sprites, so no extra files should be required beyond the .bsp.
