Sea levels in Britain have risen dramatically due to the melting ice caps as a result of global warming. The United States is emitting an estimated 80% of the world's pollution and has neglected countries at low sea levels. America refuses to adopt the newly discovered fusion reactors as a source of energy since it is twenty times more expensive than using conventional fuels. America has left the United Nations under fear that the economy will be crushed, however a global fusion civic will boost all economies to compensate. The United Nations is under stress and is falling apart, and British MPs meet to plan forceful action to make America comply. One day in March...
