Open the kitkat_urban folder and place the kitkat_urban.bsp, kitkat_urban.res, and kitkat_urban.txt in your valve/maps folder. Place the chaoscity.tga files into your valve/gfx/env folder. Place the wav files in a folder called urban and place that in your valve/sounds folder. Then place the moneygibs.mdl in your valve/models folder. Also place the kitkat_urban overviews in your valve/overviews folder.
