Map hang_em_high_b1 for cs 1.6

hang_em_high_b1 by Gam30veR (12\18\06) This map is a beta version, the texture and architecture isn't polished yet. I'll update it to a final soon. There are 32 spawnpoints but I recommend an 18 to 24 player. Have fun and enjoy!
