Map es_pratfaller_beta for cs 1.6

This is the beta version of es_pratfaller -- Yet another great CABAL map There is no way out... Just the eternal fall... Kill eachother. T: After getting a gun, shoot the button to get falling CT: each of you can get a T falling by pressin/ shooting the button on your spawn. This map is nice with a bit lower (400) grafity, and for CT's who want to bounce to (you can), it is nice to turn mp_friendlyfire 1 (on).
