Elite hackers have broken into a government facility's security systems.
Security is down in the whole building and the Terrorists have seized the
opportunity to break in and destroy all criminal records the facility holds.
However, CTs have entered from below to stop them.
Terrorists: Plant the C4 and destroy the criminal records.
Counter-Terrorists: Well stop them... duh.
Other Notes: There is only 1 bomb site in this mission.
