A covert attempt has been made to rescue them, it failed. The CT who attempted this is presumed KIA. Terrorists: You are holding four hostages two of which are chemical weapons engineers. They need to be kept under your control or your mission will be lost. They are needed for a planned chemical attack on Washington D.C. The minions of hell have already sent one man in he has been removed forcefully from action. Objectives: Counter-Terrorists: Rescue the hostages or Destroy the terrorist opposition.
