Map cs_ontherocks_v1 for cs 1.6

CS_OnTheRocks_V1 by TJF (tf@tweak3d.net) custom textures by TJF CTs and Ts must fight against each other in the bitter cold and utilise the natural cover offered by falled rocks to secure victory over the opposing force. Each team has two snow mobiles which can seat one person each. There is a ChainGun at each spawn point.
