We will have 3.6 seconds to land the heal. Each OT healer has to use this addon. It\'s possible to use paladins. Using druids is possible but try to avoid it and they must have very good network connection.
With this addon you can very easily heal your offtanks on Patchwerk with minimal overhealing, the only thing healers have to do is pressing binded key often. The offtanks will survive 100% if you use
