Barracuda Ion Cannon effect mod for Soulstorm (1)

This changes (fixes) the Tau Barracuda Ion Cannon weapon effect to use the LP Ion Cannon beam effect instead of the Pulse Rifle effect.
Tau Barracuda Ion Cannon effects mod This modifies the Barracuda so that the Ion Cannon uses the Listening Post Ion Cannon effect instead of the Pulse Rifle effect. Extract to the Soulstorm folder making sure the folder structure is preserved
