The developer has decided to take a different development path with Element TD 4.0 | Beta. With 3.0, the aim was simply to polish the game more, this was accomplished by improving balance, code, terrain, and so on. With 4.0 however, the aim is to bring the game to a new level. As a result, there have been many, many dramatic changes made. What is Element TD 4.0 | Beta all about? Well, read on...Vast hordes of creeps struggle for life as torrents of fire and ice rain from above. Feverous players scheme and plot as their hours dwindle in dark corners of home and hearth. A spattering of invaders die by the light and are reborn anew to frustrate and condemn; a lucky few laugh as their shields brighten to near-invulnerability. No, these creeps are not the creeps of past days. Towers assemble to do battle with these monstrosities. Elements combine to form structures of immense devastation. If only the creeps knew what await them, they would not be so anxious to rush. Gone are the days where multiple towers would have similar abilities, and with it goes the limitation of basic coding. The defenses today are born of a new age, in more ways than one. There have been numerous changes made to this version, however, at this time, I cannot provide an official changelog, so without being too specific, I can tell you that almost everything has been reworked, with lots of balancing adjustments made; [b]Some of the general, more obvious changes are:[/b] Hero mode has been removed Basic and Single Towers left almost untouched Just about everything has been changed completely or reworked Spawning modes left almost untouched A word from Karawasa on his latest release: Element TD 4.0 | Beta [i]It is my hope that you the player will find Element TD 4.0 to be a more unique and enjoyable experience than its predecessor.
