War in the Pacific v1.40 Patch

This patch will update War in the Pacific to version 1.40 and includes a large list of fixes and improvements.
This update includes a large list of fixes and improvements, ranging from bug fixes involving zones of control to 15 different player requested features and over 40 corrections to database entries, such as misspelled unit names.
