UT3 Compress and Decompress

Registry to compress and decompress Unreal Tournament 3 files.
Directions: 1. Double click on both the registry files: 2. to compress a ut3 file: right click on the file and choose "compress" the file may not be created in the same directory so look for it (search) 3. To decompress right clikc on a uz3 fil
