Spawn Protect v1.1

Spawn protection is disable either when the protection time runs out or the player picks up the CTF flag or BR bomb.
This mutator is an alternative spawn protection mutator. It will reduce damage to and from a spawn protected player. The damage reduction and protection time can be set by the server administrator.
