GFE stands for Game File Extractor, it's the ultimate program for such tasks as File Extraction/Cache Installation and Manage Files.
Very simple and easy to use, even runs ut2mods if it sees them. Installs from cache as well. It does take the .NET framework download, however. Well worth it, though .NET is rather large.
