Tribes 2 First Aid Utility

Here is a cool utility that will check and/or copy Tribes2 files to make sure they are valid, complete files.
1) It accepts both the USA and the UK EULAs as legitimate files. (It was previously only accepting the USA version.) 2) It will try to copy a file over in one piece. If it fails, on the next try, it will copy it over in 4Kbyte chunks under the ass
