The editor patch contains a new fix as well as changes from Version 1.1.1583.0 to 1.11.1584.0. Below is the latest fix included with the patch:
Some users experienced problems getting the editor to work with the following combination of things: Settlers IV Mission CD Add-On NOT installed, otherwise there will be no problem to fix. Update 2.01.1056
