This is a retexture of the mini city set in a futuristic style. This goes great with all of Rik_Vargard\'s Near Future retextures.
My first mod: An overlay of blood splat. Made with Photoshop CS 8. Will NOT overwrite anything! I have tested it in the game, and both the overlay and the thumbnail work.
