Team Fortress 2: Wooden Cow Prop Replacement (v1.0)

This skin/model when installed, will replace the Wooden Cow prop with a Final Fantasy Cactuar prop. Normally located in the Red's courtyard. Just outside the fence. Seems to fit well with the TF2
