Radial Orders Menu

This handy little modification adds a little menu within the game, and for your ability to do less mouse-moving when giving units their orders.
This mod will add a radial orders menu around the mouse cursor, with the aim being to reduce unnecessary mouse movement when giving units orders. It should be compatible with existing UIs - it has been tested with Saya+Cleopatre's UI and ()((()'s (I
