retro-cannon-fannon-mistique look,by adding giant bird of prey on ventral side (like one seen in TOS:Balance of terror), repainting the nacelles into blue (to match impulse engines),added new impulse engines (seen in promotional pictures of Star Trek:New Voyages WEAT) and added false-3D plastic effect for ship\'s hull.
This is retextured version of stock Romulan Bird of Prey for Starfleet Command II:Empires at War and Starfleet Command:Orion Pirates.I called it Tal\'Shiar Warbird I adapted it by giving it more
