Sandman's Galactic Conquest V1 Patch (V1.1)

A patch to reduce the amount of damage the Firetroopers do to infantry. This is not needed to run the mod, just to balance these particular units a bit more. Be aware that Firetroopers to a small amount of splash damage with their weapons also.
