Ssdcommander's Unoffical Patch (V1/Beta/Demo)

Ssdcommander's Unoffical Patch is a mod for Empire at War (not Forces of Corruption) by ssdcommander. This is a simple XML mod that attempts to balance the mod as if it was an official patch from Petroglyph.
