Terran Empire: Pulse refit pack (version 1.5)

In my last mod of this some of you probably found that some of the ships didn\'t work properly so i\'ve included their original M3D and .DDS files to go with them, Plus i\'ve added in a few extra ships, the terran imperial prometheus class (by tj_hawk again), and the terran akula class (originally from UU 2.0). I also modified the shielding parameters so that when the shields are hit they are coloured gold :D, and when they get low on health the turn whitish grey.
