New Races Mod (2.1)

This is an update for the New Races Mod, this time with version 2.1. This tool is becoming very useful as some of the newer mods use it, so it's a required item for some of the files.
This will add 8 races to your Ultimate Universe Mod and seperate Dominion and Cardassian races Terran Empire Section 31 Dominion Vulcan Xindi Cardassian Tal Shiar Omega Collective (assimilated ships) This mod does not contain any ships
