SFP bugship patch (V1.0)

This patch will modify the hardpoints for the sfp bug to fix the aft torpedo, fix the load times, speed and maneuvering, and other errors, as well as switching the sound and weapons fx over to the FTP and JLH FX on the SFPwarship.
