Headbob FIX

out with semicolons so can be seen for reference. The file is GAMEDATA / CONFIGS / MISC / effectors.ltx It can be edited using Notepad. If you already have mods installed that contain that effectors.ltx file then simply edit the one you already have.
This is the config file that contains Headbob values for walking, running and limping. In this file the values are set to zero - but they can be edited as desired - the original values are remarked
