weapon damage/accuracy and Ironsights

tested the firedistance yet, but it schould be better than before. Also the pistols are using the Ironsight again --> thanks for that, Karstux
I thought the normal weapons are a lot too weak inaccurate and they dont shoot that wide... So I edited all the things above. Also the pistols were useless. Now they're a lot stronger. I didnt
