This mod is intended for people who have just installed vanilla CS and want a little extra something without radically changing the experience (ex. Oblivion Lost 2.2 for SHoC) I wanted pistol ironsights with the excellent "Improved Sound Effects v1.3" including valuable mutant parts and more efficient Faction Wars. So here we are.
