OGSM English Instrument Variation Addon

OGSM Team, and to Remco for his English translation. Many thanks to all of you! In OGSM, the ability to purchase and "play" guitars and harmonicas was implemented. Activating the item would play a single sound file for each instrument. The Instrument Variation Addon (IVA) adds 6 new sound files for the guitar, and 3 for the harmonica, picked randomly when the item is used.
