Weapon Add-On Fix (1.0)

This is a small set of extracted gamedata files to fix the singleplay weaponry, the weapon add-ons that work in-game do not match the intention of the developers as shown in their gamefiles, and these files fix the issue behind it.
I have not include instruction to extract the gamedata folder and fix the system file or whatever it is to enable modding. I assume you can figure that out for youself. I'm very surprised this problem is still in the game. Also found that alot of
